Mold oscillating mechanism

Mold oscillating mechanism is designed for oscillating modes dynamic control during casting. The use of spring oscillating mechanism with hydraulic drive ensures:

— oscillating modes dynamic control (cycles per minute, motion and mode of cycle) during casting;

— high matching accuracy of mold movement pattern and theoretical curve, that, in turn, excludes a break of billet skin;

— low speed at high oscillating frequency improves billet surface conditions;

— decrease of working walls friction, and consequently rise of their firmness.
