Cone crushers


Cone crushers of secondary (КСД) and fine (КМД) crushing are used for secondary and tertiary crushing in time of three phase crushing circuit or for third and fourth crushing in time of four phase crushing circuit of ore minerals with compressing resistance up to 300 MPa. Dimensions of cone crushers of secondary and fine crushing are characterized by foundation diameter of versatile (crushing) cone. КСД and КМД crushers are manufactured of three types: Гр — coarse crushing, Т — fine crushing; Д — long-distance control slot according to ГОСТ 6937-91. It is differentiate the КСД and КМД crushers according to the crushing zone type and to the charging hole and relieve slot sizes. Compared with the primary gyratory cone crushers the rating of crushing gap of the secondary and fine crushing is defined as minimal distance between a moveable fettling and a concave. According to the Customer’s choice this kind of equipment can be designed and manufactured of any other capacity.
