The Limited Liability Railroad Service Company (SZhK LLC) was created on November 30, 2012.

SZhK LLC was created to improve the quality of customer service in maintenance and repair of rolling stock using advanced technologies and information management systems and to optimize production costs.

All the activities at SZhK LLC are based on principles of quality, reliability, dynamic development and civilized methods of doing business.

Today SZhK LLC services about 30,000 railcars, and the number of railcars being serviced increases every month.

OAO SZhK provides freight car services using automated monitoring system and pursuant to contracts with railcar repair enterprises. We carry out the following kinds of services:

SZhK LLC has all the necessary resources to service freight railcars, including expert staff, dispatcher service, ASU TK railcar tracking application and all the necessary contracts with railcar repair enterprises.

The main activities of Bryansk Train Car Repair Depot LLC (BVRD LLC) include rolling stock, its parts and units repair services. By its cable No. 11 dd. 03.09.2007, RZhD OJSC assigned conditional number 1296 to the enterprise, with which it will label important parts and units of rolling stock of its manufacture.

On 16.07.2015 the Federal Agency of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation issued Certificate No. 295/15 awarding the conditional number 1296 to Bryansk Train Car Repair Depot LLC to label:

 On July 24, 2015 the Expert Center for Certification of Organizational Management Systems has issued a certificate of compliance No. ROSS RU.3694.04 ECSO – S 11100106 to Bryansk Train Car Repair Depot LLC, which certifies that the Depot quality management system for maintenance repair, upgrades of freight railcars and their spare parts complies with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001-2008).

The enterprise is located at Polpinskaya Railway Station (Code 200801), the Bryansk Region of Moscow Railroad, branch of RZhD OJSC. The length of dedicated (non-common use) rail tracks of BVRD LLC is 4,267.5 m, able to accommodate 208 conditional railcars (gondola cars).

The enterprise has a section for maintenance and repair preparation of railcars (4 repair stations), a rolling bridge crane of 20 tons lifting capacity and a painting section (3 repair stations).

Bryansk Train Car Repair Depot LLC is looking for opportunities in depot, capital and maintenance repairs of freight railcars, their parts and units owned by the Federal Freight Company JSC.

The Federal Agency of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation confirms that Bryansk Train Car Repair Depot LLC has been issued conditional number 1296 for labeling important elements and parts of gondola cars, box cars, universal open freight cars, container platforms, hopper cars for transportation of mineral fertilizers, and cement (capital repair); gondola cars, box cars, universal open freight cars, container platforms, hopper cars for transportation of mineral fertilizers, and cement, four-axle rail tank cars for oil product transportation (depot repair); freight railcars in maintenance repair; wheel pairs of freight cars in maintenance (general certification) and medium (full certification) repair.

We provide the following services: painting of railcars; repair of parts and units of railcars; medium repair and maintenance of wheel pairs; capital overhaul of wheel pairs with replacement of elements; repair of T1 class shock-absorbing devices (PMKP-110, RT-120) in accordance with agency agreements.

All the necessary parts, equipment and fittings are available. Depot repairs last no longer than 5 days, capital overhaul - 7 days, including delivery and cleaning. All the facilities have been approved for repairs of units and parts of freight railcars. The facility repairs 180 railcars monthly.

Net repair costs without replacement of expensive units and parts:

Depot repairs - RUB 60,000, VAT excluded;

Overhaul repairs - RUB 85,000, VAT excluded;

Maintenance repairs (as required, according to the price list);

Delivery and cleaning of railcar: RUB 2,500, VAT excluded.

We approach each our customer individually. Railcar repairs can follow the agreed price list for various parts and units, or may be provided at fixed price. Depending on railcar volume, a system of discounts applies.

BVRD LLC has its own shunting locomotive capable of entering general access railways, so no extra demurrage is needed and the time necessary to deliver railcar to repair shop is cut short.

The Armavir Train Car Repair Depot Limited Liability Company (AVRD LLC) 1532 carries out a full range of rolling stock repair services:

AVRD follows stringent requirements on the quality of rolling stock repairs.

The necessary equipment is installed in all parts of the enterprise, which guarantees maximum efficiency and effectiveness of every operation.

All the facilities are equipped with all the necessary process equipment, measuring, control and testing instruments necessary for maintenance and repairs of rolling stock used on railways in accordance with the respective technological process.

The depot has an access route of 1362 meters.

We approach each our customer individually.

Depot repairs last no longer than 5 days, capital overhaul - 7 days, and current maintenance repairs - 3 days (including delivery and cleaning).

All the necessary parts, equipment and fittings are available.
