Yuzhno-Uralskiy Machinery Plant is one of the biggest heavy machinery companies in Russia and specializes in production of equipment for handling and transportation of raw material in bulk, crushing and milling equipment, continuous casting machines (CCM), sinter machines, steelmaking, blast-furnace, and coke and by-product equipments, casting rollers, forged and cast products.
Yuzhno-Uralskiy Machinery Plant now is an industrial juggernaut with a proper engineering center.

Engineering service structure includes the following design-engineering departments of:

  • general machinery;
  • lifting and transporting equipment;
  • sinter equipment;
  • continuous casting machines;
  • metallurgical machinery products;
  • electroslag remelting and drilling equipment.

In engineering service there are more than 250 people including 220 developers who produce new machines drawings. For its seventy-year history or upwards before the company has accumulated and saved a high creative potential, formed a highly qualified corps of engineering and development. Original and effective engineering and technology solutions allow the Yuzhno-Uralskiy Machinery Plant to compete favorably with non-resident companies being on the Russian and overseas markets.

Favorable geographic location on the border of Europe and Asia provides easier access to target consumers in the Ural Region, West Siberia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and India. The machines and equipments of the Yuzhno-Uralskiy Machinery Plant securely operate at the plants of metallurgy, ore mining, and fuel and energy complex in more than 30 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, CIS, and Russia.
